This week, partner Bruna Serro joined the technical team of professors responsible for teaching a qualification course on the General Law of Data Protection (LGPD) for members of the National Agency of Supplementary Health (ANS), invited by Adaxly Treinamentos. The ANS has as its main function the defense of public interest in supplementary health care, exercising regulatory function and mediating the relationship between providers (health plans and insurance companies) and consumers, which involves relevant impact on privacy and protection of personal data, including sensitive data.
