Partner Larissa Boratti participated in an event organized by the Special Committee on Environmental Law of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio Grande do Sul State (OAB/RS) about Environmental Law and Geography (Environment at Noon on May 6th). Larissa mediated a debate between Ana Marchesan (Prosecutor of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul) and Luiz Ugeda (President of the Commission of Geo-Right of the OAB / SP), focusing on the use of geoinformation and geographic information technologies applied to Environmental Law. Also discussed were the impacts of territorialization resulting from the implementation of environmental policy instruments in Brazil.
