On June 7th, partner Larissa Boratti participated in a debate organized by Argentinean jurists about the recognition of the rights of nature in Latin America. Larissa and Humberto Filpi reported on the case of the Lagoa da Conceição's Structural Public Civil Action, which is being heard by the 6th Federal Court of Florianópolis/SC and discusses nature's rights and socio-environmental governance. Larissa and Humberto are part of the group of lawyers representing the plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
