Partner Bruna Serro took part in the panel “Deepfake, Digital Resurrection, and Intellectual Property” at the XXIV Lecture Series on Intellectual Property, organized by the Special Committee on Intellectual Property of the OAB/RS.

The panel addressed the legal and ethical challenges related to the use of deepfakes and the digital preservation of personalities, as well as the impact of these innovations on Intellectual Property.
